This total includes one (3.5 hour) visit -The initial appointment which includes a thorough consultation and custom design. Ideal for dry to normal skin. An enhancement session is recommended to complete the service within 6-8 weeks following your initial appointment ($150).

Environment: I loved her energy the minute I walked in. She really makes you feel comfortable, genuine in the way she interacts with you which goes a long way for an appointment that takes 3/4hours.
Professionalism: she does explain everything in details, answer all your questions, she makes sure that you are not feeling rush or overwhelmed. Her before and after care is top notch. Before starting, she will make sure to understand what you want, includes you in the decision before and during the process. She explains the after care and you get to go home with everything you need for the healing

LOVE MY BROWS! I never really had much in the way of brows to begin with, but after having my son, it was almost non-existent. Nobody told me, but apparently pregnancy can do that to you. Oh yeah, and aging is another factor. Fun! I was fortunate enough to have seen Fee's work first hand. It was then that I decided brow enhancements were the way to go.

From the minute I walked in Fee made me feel like we’ve known each other for years. The space was really cute and clean. She was very informative and knowledgeable, which made me extremely comfortable the whole time. She continuously checked to make sure I was never in discomfort. Before moving to DE, i had my eyebrows done somewhere else and this entire experience blows that one out of the water . Her work is truly amazing and I can not wait for my touch up appointment to see the final results! HIGHLY recommend Fee!

One of the best Esthetician’s in a Delaware. Her eye for detail is unmatched. It’s a clean warm and friendly environment. I love my eyebrows it was seamlessly painless she continuously checked and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Such a pleasant experience. If you are thinking about Microblading, Powder Brows or Combo Brows, this is the place to go. It’s an intimate setting that allows you so much comfort. The NOTO experience is a whole entire VIBE! Fee is absolutely amazing and a consummate professional. Her energy was so inviting and positive from the moment she met me at the door. It felt as if we had known each other for years! Her place is super clean and absolutely beautiful.
