Didn't know what I wanted it needed for my land, yard work, clearing and moving trees, limbs and dirt in 2019. After20/30 questions they knew the products I needed. I love my New Holland Boomer 24, Bush Hog and box blade. Could not be more pleased. On the first service they were great. Fair price for everything including purchase and service.

They are really proud of what they sell. Asked if they could offer a discount that would match the one I could get at Tractor Supply for the same piece of equipment. Would much rather have kept my money in the country by buying from a local business. "Nope, we can't do that".
So I drove a mile and saved 10 percent. Paid the tax and was still $140.00 ahead.

Do not buy anything from this company. my father was buying a tractor but decided he didn't want it. he never took possession of it and told the company he did not want it. now months later he has no tractor but six missed payments on his credit which is being ruined. My father is a senior and a disabled veteran and trusted this company. When he did not want it and since he never even has had the tractor he does not understand why they're doing this to him and frankly I dont ethier. its disgusting. I should mention they did say he didn't have to buy it if he gave them $2000. Again he never took

Had a great experience with Clapp Tractor. After the worst experience I’ve ever had with the previous classic tractor restoration shop (so called) Clapp tractor helped me. I traded the tractor that was in terrible shape, for a new holland tractor. They traded me top dollar, even though the old tractor could only be used as a parts tractor. Larry Davis was great help and continues to be.

We have purchased a bailer and hay take on consignment, Bad Boy Mower and Stihl Trimmer New, as well as had our Sicklebar Mower repaired by their service department. Although the repair took longer than expected it was DONE RIGHT, our experiences have been VERY positive and we thoroughly enjoy doing business with Clapp Brothers! 5 Star Service, fair pricing, locally owned and operated... perfect company!

I'm very upset with this place. I purchased a gear box for my tractor from Clapp Bros. Short version is it didn't fit. I had painted it and because I had....they wouldn't allow me to return it. To be honest it looked much better after I painted it than when I picked it up. It was just a lame excuse not to provide the customer support they should have. I might come back.....if this is the only place in the world that has a needed part.....then again....most likely not.

I've had pretty mixed results here. A few years ago, I placed a parts order. One item required them to buy it in a set of 5. I needed one. They refused to order it. I ended up getting it at an online New Holland dealer. The fact they they're a "real" dealer should have never resulted in refusing to sell me a part normally stocked at the distributor. The second issue I had was today with their service department. I gave them an axle shaft assembly to press off the bearing and to replace the bearing, race, and seal. I even power washed it clean for easy handling. All parts were provided and ready
