That's how long David and Sherrie Bower have been a part of Mack Mattress Outlet. Technically, Sherrie's been around the business longer than that. Her dad started the company in 1974, with the opening of the original store on Cleveland Avenue.
That original store is still on Cleveland Avenue (though it moved a couple of blocks away), and two other stores have been added; one that opened in 1988 on Sawmill Road, and the other that started in Polaris in 2001, that is now in Westerville.One thing is very clear. The Bowers recognize that God has been faithful to them, and they know that they are in business to help meet people's needs.

Brett was so incredible! He helped us pick out the right mattress and answered any and all of our questions. He definitely went above and beyond. We had been mattress shopping for a while, checking all the reviews. During this crazy time we are unable to test mattresses and so we were nervous to buy anything. We took a chance and tried the Mack in a Box. We are in love with our mattress. We purchased the 10" Hybrid Luxury Firm and have been so happy. Not only were our products (purchased a frame and pillows) amazing but the customer service was incredible. Super friendly and responsive with questions. I cannot recommend them enough. We recently purchased another mattress for our son. I don't think we will look anywhere else for our needs

I purchased my mattress from this location, almost exactly one year ago. It's held up great, and is still super comfortable. This place really is the best. You won't find a better price anywhere. The trick is, they're selling remainder items. So there is great stuff here that either didn't sell through, was on display, has a smudge, etc., but is totally fine and serviceable. This is my second purchase from two different locations, and in both situations the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward.

Have had my mattress for 90 days about. Still super happy with my purchase from Mack Mattress Outlet. Being able to check out all the scratch and dent ones before buying was nice. This allowed me to make a good decision and also save a lot on buying a new mattress.
The delivery was great as well. The dispatch office gave me calls to schedule it and also let me know when they would be on the way. They arrived during the time frame they promised.
Overall a great experience working with Mack Mattress Outlet when it came time for me to buy a new mattress.

I found a Sterns & Foster latex bed I really liked at a department store in Easton on sale for $2300. I found the same mattress at Mack Mattress outlet for $350.00! The $350.00 mattress has a black scuff mark on the side that doesn't affect the quality. It wouldn't clean with upholstery cleaner, but who cares, it's covered with a fitted sheet anyhow. Saving $1950.00 was definitely nice!

Great customer experience. We purchased a twin xl (very quick and easy experience) but found it was too thick for our trundle. It was still unopened and Mack Mattress was able to return it, very easy process again. Saved us a lot of stress as we are in the process of moving. Thank you for the great experience - both purchase and return. I highly recommend this store.

Went in for a simple box spring! Thinking this place is close and I won't have to look all ghetto with it strapped to the roof of my car! I live just around the corner so I figured it'd be quick, fast and simple! Had two low profile box springs to choose from, a flat and 5"! Girlfriend conned me into getting the flat even though our bed required a 5".... without looking ridiculous! Went home, we both realized I was right, as I always am! I called, salesman said bring it in and we'll do an exchange! They exchanged it for no price difference even though it was supposed to

We knew the exact mattress we wanted when we walked in and they happened to have it! The mattress in any other store is $2000 for a king. We walked away with the same one for $575! I cannot thank these guys enough for saving us nearly $1500. The customer service at the store was awesome and they delivered it the next day with no problems. We couldn't be happier with our mattress and experience with Mack Mattress Outlet!

I went in, told them I needed a firm king size and wanted to spend around $300. The had 2 to choose from. At that price you can't be too choosy. They offered to call the other locations to check for more. I declined because I liked both mattresses. I got a 10% discount for being a teacher! Delivery was only $40 and they took the old mattress. We had sleeping babies when delivery came. Men were quiet and efficient as they installed new mattress. No mattress is worth more than $500! This place was great!

If you need a new mattress, then this is the place to go! We only looked one other place, but I know we made the right choice. The difference between the other places and Mack Mattress Outlet is that the sales people are not on commission. This helps because they are not pressuring you or trying to up sell you. They are actually trying to help you buy a mattress to fit your needs and your budget.
