The room was a good size and the beds were adequately comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and TV with a few good channels. It was within walking distance of Main Street, lots of restaurants, and good stores to get souvenirs in. The surrounding neighborhoods were nice to walk through. It was very close to the wildlife refuge where the herd of wild ponies live. Lots of beautiful nature and wildlife nearby!
Unfortunately, the facility itself left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was very small and outdated. Our toilet seat was peeling, as was the vinyl covering the floor. The shower

Loved it the pool was awesome! But there is no breakfast. And a fun fact! There are cats roaming around on the island!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a great seaside motel. If you are looking for the 4 seasons, this isn't it but if you are looking for friendly staff, a comfy bed and a great location - this is your motel!
The bathroom is tiny and could use a good scrubbing but the rest of the room was really clean and comfortable.
There is a nice pool, a large ice machine, a "clubhouse" area, and picnic tables.

Great place to stay, right in the center of pretty much anything you'd want to do. The rooms were very nice and clean, also spacious. The bathroom was nice, although the fan/vent didn't work. Loved that it had a little table for us to sit and eat at if we got takeout. AC works great and keeps the place super cool. No elevator but there are only 3 floors. They have a netted pavilion which we didn't use, but it seemed nice and like they possibly had pots and pans for our use, although I am not positive about that. Our room was very quiet, we didn't even realize we had neighbors. Check in and out

Clean, very relaxing atmosphere. Close to alot of things in walking distance. Pool is clean and relaxing, picnic tables and camp grills off to the side, well secured area, gazebo or party room in the back. The staff is amazingly friendly.. Ms. Catherine and Mr. Jerry at the front desk is awesome. Good people skills, calm, and always making sure everyone is taken care of. Housekeeping is on it.

My Boyfriend and I stayed to swim in the pool and hit the beach in the morning. Dennis and Jerry were by far extremely attentive and very friendly. Felt very genuine, from the moment I checked in and out. Extremely friendly staff. We don’t live too far from the area, so we frequently stay for the beach. It’s good to know we have a go to from here on out.

The only outstanding aspect of this place is the service: shout outs to Becca at the bar and Ashley in the dining room. The 1.5 hour wait was ridiculous for average portions of mediocre food. The "Hot Wings" appetizer had NO seasoning at all. The fried oysters were adequate. The only bright spot on the menu was the small serving of very good soft shell crabs. I'd steer you to Steamers where the food is better
with larger portions, less expensive prices, and a very brief wait. ( If you're hungry or care to split, go for the Steam Pot!)
