HYVAIR offers manual and actuated ball valves, with several connection options. We stock 2 and 3 piece full ported valves in brass and stainless steel with optional ISO 5211 direct actuator mounting pad. Our high pressure ball valves up to 7,250 PSI are available from 1/4" thru 2" in either steel or stainless steel 316.
Utilizing the industry standard common cavity Hyvair's cartridge valves are stocked in sizes 08 and 10. However, many other models are available for special order including, size 12, 16, and 20. Within each broad functional area (pressure, flow, load control, etc.), multiple variations are available up to 4,000 PSI to help you optimize your control circuit.
HYVAIR offers and maintains a full line of wet type solenoid operated directional vales for flows up to 158 GPM and pressures up to 5,000 PSI. We offer these valves in five different sizes: NFPA D03, D05, D07, D08, and D10 with multiple in-stock spool configurations and many more available for order.
Hyvair's manual/proportional lever valves are available in three sizes with a wide range of spool and control options. The HV9 and HV21 series monoblock valves come standard with inlet relief and SAE porting. Our largest manual valve, HV39 series utilizes a sectional design, and is available with up to 8 sections.
Our full line of hydraulic modular valves is stocked in D03, D05, and D08 sizes. A wide range of models are offered with uniform thickness in each series for easy installation utilizing our stock bolt kits. Hyvair's modular valves eliminate leaky connections; reduce plumbing costs and space requirements.
