My wife and I went to New Orleans and Denise Smith at Independence made all the arrangements. She gave us flight time choices and lined up a great hotel. Everything was perfect until a hurricane headed toward us 3 days into trip. While other guests crowded the lobby on their cell phones trying to find a flight to get out before storm we called Denise and within hour or two she had us on flight next morning AND we received refund for days not used at hotel. Would refer to any family or friend. Without a great agent you are on your own.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life! The agent I was working with was Corrine Smith. I informed her that I did not know the name of the individual under the group booking that I was being a part of I was referred by a friend who was with in that group. I never received a receipt for my deposit I never received any information of when to make payments. I never received a booking number. I had to call the agency to get information when I did finally reach someone I was talked to like I was less than a human being. I finally decided to cancel with the travel agency and I booked

This was the worse turn around ever there was no call backs . I had plan a trip to Hawaii was robbed literally at gun point with most of my money to pay the next day. Gave detective name and case number. Mind you lost there name and number OF AGENCY..Corrine had my work #. AND EMAIL. NO CALL
Finally reach her told her what happen they kept my down of 600 told me I could use against another trip. Which 2 weeks of calling her telling me she would call me back I always was calling her sometimes 6 times a day. I SEEN flights cheaper I was told I had to use there's.
