Services
When you work with M&S, you join our company family, and are treated as a customer who matters. Gary L. Mickley started by purchasing a welder and operated in a two-car garage in Huntington, Indiana doing all sorts of odd jobs. Gary formed a partnership with John Stoffel, who worked in the business part time, and they move to 433 N. Broadway manufacturing and selling two-wheeled trucks and welding cylinder carts.
No matter the project scope, M&S can handle the engineering and production of all sizes and types in a variety of alloys. M&S specializes in all types of production runs with our onsite powder coating facilities. Other services may include anodizing, light assembly, batching, kitting and custom packaging.
M&S is committed to continuous technology innovations. That means more capabilities and options, better quality, shorter lead times and quicker turnarounds for our customers. At M&S, we believe in using the latest technology to help our customers compete. We offer a variety of welding operations, milling, machining and finishing options to provide a truly one-stop experience.
At M&S, our goal is to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions for our customers. Our 3D CAD modeling software creates a detailed solid or surface preview of your finished product. This software allows our engineers to analyze design variants and choose the most efficient production processes with minimal need for expensive physical prototypes.

I met with the engineers for a project I was doing at work. I was able to show them 3D drawings of what I wanted and they were able to modify/adjust my design for the best possible outcome. The final product came out perfect! No dings, scratches, or imperfections. Very pleased!
