Jeff handled a tricky situation where I had to get a 4 foot by 12 foot and 8 inch wide 650 lb piece of metal from street 12 feet down and 12 feet over. I needed right against the house and had overhead wires to contend with. They could have been more responsive but things worked out so well they still get a 5.
