Every garment you bring in receives personal care and attention throughout our multi-step process. We inspect and detail garments to ensure proper preparation and classification for cleaning, professionally remove stains, dry clean, wet clean or hand clean as appropriate to its classification, press and hand finish it and make any necessary minor repairs.
Most dry cleaners today clean using petrochemical solvents. About 70% use perchloroethylene (perc), classified by the EPA as an air and water toxin and a likely human carcinogen. Dry cleaners follow strict regulations to reduce emissions and control its health and environmental risks, but there is no getting around the truth - perc poses a real danger to people and the planet.
Most of us wash our sheets and blankets fairly regularly, but the other stuff-comforters, quilts, and pillows-often don't fit in our washers, or are made of materials we don't know what to do with. Professional dry cleaners know the best ways to treat these items to make sure they are fresh, clean, and stay in good condition.

I have been bringing my shirts to Vista for a couple years now. They did a great job. But sadly due to their new policy, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Apparently now, if your shirts are less than 50% cotton, they will not launder and press & starch them - instead they insist on dry cleaning then. At a higher cost. I will pass on that.

We are long term customers of Vista and have always been satisfied with their quality and service. However, they lost an order left November 9th. I made multiple trips to the store where they assured me they would check other locations and call me. Each time they NEVER responded. Recently they said they would have the owner call. Owner never called. Finally this week I asked for a reimbursement and was told I would need to wait until January for the owner to return from travel. Terrible service to have never called back and now to wait additional weeks to resolution.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company, as my mom and I both are currently working there for a really awesome owner and boss! I'd even say I can consider him family because he is a super good guy, and most importantly he actually cares about his employees. You know how you hear a lot of ppl talking about not liking their boss!? Well that won't be meeee lolololol

I recently visited Vista Cleaners for the first time and was extremely pleased with the service! The staff was very friendly and prompt to assist me with my comforter sets. I even received a phone call from B.G. when my items were ready for pick-up. I was both surprised and excited, as I actually had an appointment in Edmond on that particular day (I live 20-miles away). I was very grateful for B.G.’s kind and considerate gesture. It allowed me the opportunity to better plan my day and avoid an additional trip to Edmond. Thanks again B.G…. your efforts are greatly appreciated!!!

My first time visiting this location did not disappoint. They remembered me from when I called in to check on pricing, I needed a duvet insert cleaned after a dog got sick. Even though they told me it would be 3-5 days before it was ready, they had it cleaned for me the same day after hearing it was our only one! Beyond impressed and grateful. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service anymore.

I take my clothes for cleaning here, why? Because they do a good job and they are using an environmentally friendly techniques, stop by and ask them about it, they are very price competitive, and friendly, same day ready to pick up and depending on the volume they might deliver it to your door.
