I booked load to my team truck for $1450 we agreed that they will send ratecon soon,,,, I was waiting but I noticed that they posted my load load again on board, when I called them asking why, broker was so rude and dropped the phone. I'm sure broker sold the load to another carrier cheaper than $1450.

Can you do negative stars , Very rude fake people worst north east broker . For missing one appt for del they charge 3 days , We emailed them hours before appt , truck broken down . That happens . We have all conversations on emails does nothing to them . No wonder no one wants to book loads with them . You calling them when you have no choice only . Also Mike is so stupid he called our dispatchers names over the email.

Totally unreliable broker. Bid on lanes, had good rates going east, said they would honor. Rep (Scott Berry) said had 15+ years of tenure and experience with them. Within first month said they failed to pickup a load ordered days in advance and said that day they needed a roughly 20% increase across the board for the rest of the year. Don't give them a try.

As a Brokerage , this company Sucks , they lie all the time , not correct with their carriers , they will sell load to you at 8am , but if they find cheaper carrier , they will cancel on you at noon or 1pm.
Not responsible on their work , they will sell your for $5.00 if they get cheaper carrier ... in ONE WORD i can say IDIOTS ....
