Residential maintenance/upgrades can really be frustrating, all promises and no prompt, workmanlike, quality results, etc. Vasco is not that kind of contractor.
The crew showed up on time, as promised, and quickly went to work. I kept checking on the installation of the solar pool heating panels, mostly because watching the team work together was like watching a symphony. Everybody knew their job and worked in concert. The installation, which was significant, went off without a hitch. The attention to detail and aesthetics was outstanding. Jim & Kat L.

I was referred to Vasco Solar through a friend who had their solar pool panels install several years back. He has been extremely happy with the panels and the work performed by Vasco Solar. I reached out to them and they were always prompt at following up and addressing my concerns/questions. The owner came out and measured my roof and pool to determine the proper amount of panels (we ended up going with 14 panels total). Vasco was pretty backed up due to high demand but I was able to get an appointment booked about a month out.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Vasco. The team led by Justin was sooooo professional. They started early, were quiet and so very clean. Had to dig up a portion of our lawn for the piping and you would have sworn they never dug anything up at all- replaced as though it had never been disturbed. Everything was left probably cleaner than when they arrived. I must also acknowledge their team leader Justin He was so very knowledgeable and patient. This review is based on price, installation, the product and the Vasco owner and employees. I can't review warranty or support because I haven't needed anything (which is a good sign). The price for my pool solar was by far the best price out there. Discovery First problem on energy production on March 4th 2021, requested service. Service scheduled next day. Technician arrived on time, problem solved. The issue was not caused by solar system, the main solar breaker was tripped due to lose circuit breaker.

Rick and his team at Vasco do wonderful work. I first used Vasco 20 years ago for a solar heating system for our pool. The system has worked flawlessly all these years and continues to work as expected.

We have existing solar panels and wanted to have our roof updated. Our roofing company recommended Rick and the Vasco Solar crew. They did a great job coordinating with the roofing company to remove the panels the day before the reroof so we could generate as long as possible. Once roof passed inspection, they came out and put the panels back up. Very clean and efficient and easy to talk to guys. Job well done.

On 07/31/20 I sent out a Yelp inquiry to get solar panels removed and reinstalled after a new roof was to be put on our home. Rick responded the next day stating he would take a look at aerial photos of my home and get back to me with a quote. After waiting a couple of days for a quote, I went with another company and as of today (08/17/20), I've still not received a quote nor a call regarding this project. Guess there is was just not enough money in it for them to be bothered, I get that but a "hey, we won't do a small job like that" would have been fine instead of just ignoring
