MAXPC is trustworthy, well articulated (even while explaining complicated tech issues), and fully knowledgeable on computer repair. Milan takes the time to explain computer functions and will always work with you to fix your broken/slow computer - or to find you a computer at a price within your budget and suitable for all your needs! I have purchased 2 computers from MAXPC, as well as used them for repair, and I could not be more pleased. 5 stars is well below where they should be on the satisfaction scale. MAXPC is a great local business, and I am proud to give them my highest recommendation

3 years later and I'm still recommending Max PC in Harrison Ar. I know I can walk into this store with a problem and Milan will do everything in his power to fix my problem. I have had laptops repaired satisfactorily in addition to having purchased laptops from him. I have listened to the way he talks with other customers and he is very patient, especially with customers like myself who are computer illiterate. He doesn't just repair and sell laptops and computers, he tries to educate his customers. He takes the time to discuss security and backing up your computer, offering very affordable services

My first experience with maxpc was about 3 years ago. My son wanted a laptop he could game on. Maxpc employees asked exactly what he would use the laptop for, and explained it in ways that I could understand. When my son's laptop stopped charging, I took it to maxpc. Turns out my son bent the prong in the charging port, but they fixed it. 2 years later my son wanted to upgrade to a desktop. So obviously I went to maxpc and they got us want we needed as usual at an amazing price! I recommend maxpc to everyone in need of anything computer related!

Honestly, I'm not sure what to think. MAXPC does GREAT work at a fair price. However, my last few times in Milan has seemed rather short and curt. Not sure if he's been having a bad day or if it's just that he doesn't like me. I like the guy, but it's starting to be uncomfortable going in there.

This is the first time I have used MaxPC and I was very impressed with how quick and professional the service was. Milan was very friendly and explained everything to me so I was able to understand. He got back to me with what was wrong very quickly and showed me my options on what needed to be done for my computer to run better. He made the repairs in a faster than expected time and I am very happy with my upgraded computer. Prices a reasonable, I will be back if I anymore trouble with my computer.

I am the GM of two businesses in one office here in town. MaxPC is my go to place with all my computer and internet issues and needs. Milan has taken time out of his day and came to the office to help me. Milan has walked me through different situations that have arose on my computers. I have purchased over 75% of the office computers from MaxPC. In my personal opinion, there is no one remotely close to his initiative, ambition, and intelligence in his area of expertise.

We use MaxPC for all of our computer needs for our business office in town. Milan has been great to help with anything that I need and is ALWAYS very professional. The quality of work is superb, as well as the customer service and prices. Milan has even taken time out of his day to personally come to my office to fix an issue I was having with my internet; his diligence is above any others. KC Insurance would not use anyone else!!
