Arrived to try to receive a service. The door was locked. An agent opened the door while blocking entry. He stood there looking at me. He didn't appear open to engaging. Eventually he stated that they only take appointments and shut thedoor. Didn't ask any questions about what I needed or if I'd like to schedule to come back. Unbelievable.
