Wish I could give negative stars. Had a problem with my refrigerator. Called all appliance and he diagnosed the problem, had to order parts. Returned over a week later with the parts and got the refrigerator operating, at least that’s what I thought. Now th refrigerator leaks worse than prior. I called and Sean returned, said he needed to order a part, that was over 3 weeks ago and all my calls and messages are ignored. No one returns my calls with information updates as I requested when I called. I now have over $300. Of spoiled food. Time for an attorney and report him and his license to the

Sean did a great job of repairing our Maytag washer. He was on time and explained every step of the process and showed us exactly where and what the problem was. He went beyond expectations to give us more information about our washer and dryer . We are having him come back to help us with the other appliances and give him our highest recommendation

TERRIBLE customer service. Was told a part was going to be ordered and was NEVER updated or told it was on back order, even after following up with them for a whole week with calls and voicemails. Not sure how they keep track of things, maybe our post-it blew off the desk, but we were completely forgotten about.

Well Sean came to home, diagnosed my dryer not getting hot as a sensor... Ordered the sensor, a week later the sensor comes in, he installs while my kids are home and leaves... I come that night, dryer still wouldn’t dry my clothes... Sean comes back, identified another part, ordered the part, I guessed it didn’t fix the problem, dryer not drying... Sean come for a 3d time, says it’s a manufacture warranty part that he has to order and leaves...
I’ve been calling and speaking to Olivia on week 2, week 3 and now a month later, each time Olivia promised to get back to me, she never did.
