From start to finish this has been the best experience ever. Becky the owner is amazing, she made a trip to our house and did all the measuring and checked our piping and we didn't need to buy any. She saved us money where ever she could. Brendan was also very knowledgeable and was a great help in making sure we were buying the right stove for our house. Even if you put the stove in yourself they are willing to come to your house for free and check eventhing out to make sure it's good to go. So if you're looking for a gas stove and great people to work with then this is the place to go. Thank you

I am a satisfied customer of Fireplace Outlet since the 2011 installation of an insert in my home. My daughter & son-in-law are now happy satisfied customers of a 2021 new fireplace, too. Dan & Becky's Fireplace Outlet, Inc is a very personal, friendly and professional company. I am NOT one to write reviews, share personal information online with Big Tech, so yes, this is an alias. What drove me to write this review, was reading 1 review that any unbiased reader can see is filled with half truths and perhaps emotional issues.

I am a realtor, and my seller needed to repair their gas insert before we closed, and the timing was a real pinch. They awee booked 3 weeks out, but luckily I spoke to the AMAZING Becky (owner) who made room in her schedule to meet me at 8 PM that night to look at the issue. She fixed the problem in minutes flat, for a great price. She was professional, knowledgable, and unbelievably accommodating. You simply do not run into this level of care these days, and I told her I was going to tell everyone I know about her business. I enthusiastically give this business 5 stars, and will happily use them

I’m so happy with my “new” 30 year old gas fireplace!
A special thanks to Becki who made a trip out to my home after normal working hours on a Friday night because our fireplace remote wasn’t working, and , therefore , our fireplace wasn’t usable.
She removed the glass and cleaned everything, and I mean everything! Her husband even came by to help with a stripped bolt. She determined that the dust blocking the leads was the cause and I did not even need a new remote!!
What wonderful, congenial and efficient people! The cost was very reasonable and we are delighted! I will never go

For your own safety, and that of your loved ones, do NOT do business with Fireplace Outlet.
We made the mistake of purchasing a gas insert from this business, which they installed on April 17th of this year. During the installation, they left a natural gas leak in our basement. Their negligence put the lives of my pregnant wife and I, as well as neighbors and guests to our home, at serious risk.
Fortunately for us, my wife smelled gas in the basement on May 2nd, and was able to call National Fuel to our home to correct the extreme safety hazard left by this business before the unthinkable happened

Who knew that there are so many gas fireplace brands and their dealers? Well there are apparently. This business only services particular brands of gas fireplaces, and preferably ones they installed originally. Ones for which they are the designated dealer. Fair enough, a Toyota or Honda car mechanic doesn't have the expertise to repair an Audi or Volkswagen, right?
I know this business serviced my Heat and Glow fireplace in 2013 when they were located in the Transittown plaza. Now, they will not. The owner m, Becky, was kind enough to tell me on email that they cannot get the parts because

I bought my fireplace from this place. I did the research BEFORE I looked for stores in the area, and found the fireplace I wanted. These guys were local and carried the brand, so I went in.
The young salesperson was actually a pleasure to talk to, and knew a lot about what he was selling.
Their pricing was good, better than another place I'd called to get pricing from, so I ordered it and had it in about a week.
They did say they're usually booking out 2-4 weeks for installs, so plan ahead if you need it installed.
