Psychological testing is critical to the effective treatment of mental health conditions. Inaccurate diagnosis is often the primary reason for treatment failure. Standardized tests offer researched support for treatment selections and can also assist in monitoring therapeutic progress as an outcome measure.

For working at psychiatrist office for people who have mental illness, the front desk person is inconsiderate. As a person who works in front desk myself I found her to be very frustrating to talk to, when i told her what i needed to be seen for she gave me a january date, when i told her i had potential adhd but that wasn't what i need the psychiatrist for she told me that it wouldn't be until march, so of course i tell her that i don't need to be seen for the adhd its the ptsd thats more serious and she said i still would have to wait for the doctor in march because even if its future concerns

Very poor customer service. Th receptionists treated me and my wife like objects, no personality and cold. We got there for our daughters appointment for testing and given paper work to fill out. When she handed my wife the paper work she told her she had 9 minutes to complete it. We sat down and completed it. The receptionist never called us to say she needed it back. When my wife handed it back they waited a few minutes and called us back to tell us she took too long to bring the documents back to the window and my daughter would not seen. We were told it took 3 minutes too long to get the documents
