In May of 2002 BTB+StoneFABRICATION was formally licensed as such by the state of Colorado. During this year we established a business relationship as an independent contractor, working with an established and respected local business, providing granite and marble counter top fabrication services as well as continuing and improving our tile bullnosing services.
This working relationship connected us with some great contractors and designers. We also began working with a prominent local design service, furniture, and appliance supplier as well as with a variety of other terrific independent contractors around the area, like cabinet makers and tile setters.

As a company, we do whatever we can to fulfill the expectations of our customers and our partners in business, yet remain true to who we are. This web site is intended as an information resource to help you with your counter top project, from planning to completion. It will answer many if not most of your questions.
Granite and marble have characteristics that can not be duplicated by any other materials. The variety of colors and patterns is so diverse it's almost unbelievable. This makes it possible to find a natural stone that's just right for any situation in your home or office.
Silestone, CaesarStone, and HanStone are engineered stones that offer good choices when you want a durable solid-surface counter top material with qualities somewhat different than natural stone.A dark stone with little pattern or a very subdued pattern will create a more formal impression. A lighter stone, or one with a more obvious pattern, will often seem more casual.

Your designer or architect can help you make choices that work well and that you really like. There is no "right" choice or even a "rule of thumb" as to which edge profile should be used in what kind of a situation. Someone who has seen many different counter tops and who has discussed their strong and weak points can be invaluable in making the right choice.

We want you to have good quality job that's done on time and at the estimated cost. To help us achieve our mutual goal, please read and follow the check list below. You'll be happy with the process and eliminate wondering if your desires have been effectively communicated to us.
There are different types of sealers. In general with most sealers, a counter top that is used and cleaned fairly frequently will need to be re-sealed more often than one that is used and cleaned less frequently. How often varies with the specific stone, the type of use, and the specific sealer. There is only one sealer that we know of that offers a fifteen year warranty when applied by a certified applicator, which we are.

Beautiful selection of stone but they don’t put hold tags on everything. It’s frustrating you pick out multiple stones and then go back to the front desk and are told everything is on hold. Mind you these are stones that have been on hold for days. They need to mark their products to stop wasting their customers’ time.

Last year a friend recommended Granite Imports for our master bathroom remodel project. Lonnie helped us pick out a fantastic slab that not only covered our master bath remodel but two other bathrooms as well. We also purchased five under mount sinks from them at a wonderful price. Our fabricator was able to pick them up along with the slab and cut the granite to fit perfectly. Some of their slabs are so pretty that they could be wall art! We went back today to look at their remnants and Lonnie greeted us and was as helpful as ever. These guys really know their business.

I was searching for granite for 3 bathroom counter tops when a friend recommended Granite Imports. I was amazed at the huge inventory and found plenty of options that were with in my budget. Deciding between so many color choices, styles, finishes and materials seemed overwhelming at first, but the sales staff was great and very knowledgeable and it all came together beautifully. This place has me so jazzed up, I'm going to have to upgrade my kitchen counter tops sooner than I planned on.

I cannot say enough good things about Granite Imports. I had to make several trips to the showroom for my recent kitchen remodel, and everyone was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Mine was a comparatively small remodel, so this really speaks to how important customer service is to them, regardless of the job. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the future!
