I personally oversee the daily management of the company and make sure that the promises we make are fulfilled to our customers. Our service includes cleaning the pool and deck, checking the operation of equipment, testing the water chemistry and adjusting chemicals to ensure your pool water is safe and sparkling clear.
For those of our customers that have a second home on the island and are an absentee owner, we provided regular communication via email, digital photography, and phone to keep you updated on your pool's condition. Email invoices can also be provided with detailed maintenance records. Our service will help maintain the integrity of your pool but should something fail, Clearwater Pool Service can identify problems and make repairs.

I used Clearwater Pool for years without any troubles. Since Step, the owner, took a back seat, I have experienced many major repairs and much nickel and diming from Clearwater. I am an absentee owner, and it is difficult to ascertain exactly what is happening. I cannot believe the difference in expense and decline in service that I have experienced in the last six months. Very disappointing. Buyer beware here.
