Cute little shop. I do wish people in the area would actually wear masks, especially when they are going in large groups. But other than that I like that all of the cupcakes are properly displayed behind the screen. I got a double chocolate, a vanilla or white with milk chocolate that was my favorite and a pumpkin cupcake. The cupcakes themselves were pretty moist, and the buttercream wasn't too sweet it was very light which is hard to find at cupcake places that like to overdo all of the sweetness.

These cupcakes are wonderful. Im not much of a cake person, but these are just right. Perfect mix of flavors and beautifully done.

I had worked for two of the cup locations five years ago. The cleanliness in the back of the cupcake shop is GREAT. They keep everything in pristine condition. The product is made well. I still go back every now and then for a cupcake. Which says a lot because after having worked with the company for almost two years I still want to eat there. The best are the Mummy, the Italian Creme, Wipeout, Maple Bacon, and Gold Rush. My mouth is watering just typing this.

They have so many fun options but you would be amiss if you did not try the classic vanilla cupcake. So yummy!!! Friendly staff and adorable shop

They have the best cupcakes I've had. They're always very moist. The icing is also very delicious. My personal favorite is the red velvet with cream cheese icing.

I skipped swim practice to eat your cupcakes one day. i recommend the red velvet and they're a good price too and very moist

Delicious moist gluten free and regular cupcakes with fun flavors. Try the tuxedo, the lemon, cappuchino or plain banilla. Real buttercream frosting!

The Cup is always consistent and yummy! My favorite is the red velvet cupcake. My husband always goes for the lemon or Reese's peanut butter. My favorite part about their cupcakes is the icing. It is the absolute best. Very creamy and sweet.

Yep, this place is amazing! Heard so many great things about it and finally was able to give it a try tonight. Couldn't settle on one cupcake, so I got four of them. The tuxedo (double chocolate), confetti, coffee streusel, and another chocolate one. Wow-- so moist, compact, and cool, just the way I like cupcakes. And the frosting? Out of this world and bursting with delicious flavor. I will be back time and time again!

Great cupcakes, horrible customer service. This place is surrounded by restaurants but closes at 6:30, so you can almost never go there after a nearby meal. We got there with 10 minutes to spare and they couldn't have been less welcoming. They asked us how many cupcakes we thought we would be buying so they could prepare a to go box for us. They might as well have said "get out". Crummy.

I really enjoy the cup they had the best cupcakes! Their cupcakes are better than Smallcakes, Jilly's and all the other cupcake bakeries in the area. The thing I love about the cup is that they have a jumbo size cupcake and it is competitively priced. I don't mind paying three dollars for a good cupcake that is moist doesn't have too much frosting but has enough frosting to complement the cake and has a good variety of different cupcake combinations. The cup is consistent the service is always great whenever I go and their cupcakes are always fresh moist and delicious. I'm glad

My family and I go to The Cup regularly. We recently bought cupcakes from there to serve at our son's first birthday. The BEST cupcakes we've ever had! We tried Jilly's today since they recently opened in Edwardsville but will continue to just go to The Cup! Cupcakes are much more moist and better priced!

My mom and I popped in here yesterday as our sweet tooth pulled us in. So glad we did! We sampled a couple of their cakewiches but decided on a red velvet and a cookies and cream cupcake and they were both awesome! The cake was moist and delicious and the icing was melt-in-your-mouth good. Another added bonus was the staff was super friendly! Definitely recommend!

Yum, yum, YUM!!! And I do not say that lightly, as I am a tough cupcake critic! These cupcakes are some of the best I have ever had (and I LOVE cake/cupcakes so I have tried them in nearly every city I have lived or visited...Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, etc.)! They are super moist (a BIG one for me) and the icing is perfect...not too rich or heavy. This will definitely be my go-to cupcake place!!

Love the cup. They did my wedding last year. 150 cupcakes all variety and a tier cake. Also got them a week or two ago for my birthday. I remember coming here in high school when it first opened some 7-8 years ago in Edwardsville and coming to eat delicious cupcakes with friends.
Our favorite is the lemon drop which is on a rotating list with other cupcakes and sadly wasn't the week of my birthday so I got strawberry instead. All are delicious, can't get much better than this!

So glad we found this place. We were looking for somewhere for dessert and came upon it. Store is very cute and welcoming. Cute decor, but the cupcakes were some of the best I've tried. Very moist and the frosting was perfectly creamy and overall just the perfect amount of sweetness.

I am a peanut butter chocoholic and my name is Natasha. This was one stop on my small town foodie trip and it was wonderful. I checked the website to see the menu and offerings. Low and behold baby Jesus sent his blessing of peanut butter chocolate goodness. Buttercream was balanced. Not too sweet and not overly buttery. Nice and light. Cake was good. I really wanted to try the Italian cream but there weren't any when I arrived. Hoping to stop through next time I'm in the area to sample that one. If you need your fix, might consider stopping here.
