One of my first memories as a small child was depression. What a strange feeling for a three year old to have? Now, looking back I realize I was an empath or a sensitive but was too young to understand. As a child I went through different traumas that held me back from being my true self and instead led me on a path to being bullied, depressed, and anxious with health problems and at times emotional turmoil.

RELATIONSHIPS: When I started my hypnotherapy practice I figured I would get a balanced mix of request from clients but that has not proven true. Even though I do help clients with all types of different issues and request ranging from past life regression out of curiosity to performance anxiety, the number one thing I see clients for is relationship issues.

I originally learned how to regress people to past lives through Reiki, then by further self study, then by being thoroughly taught and trained by David Quigley during my hypnosis training at the Alchemy Institute. You can receive a past life regression out of curiousity and intrigue or use it to address obsessive relationships, negative life patterns, karma, vows, and contracts.
