Diagnosis: If the pressure is low every where you might have a pump that is worn or possible holes in your drop pipe. Another possibility is a clogged filter or a broken pipe some where on your property. Things to check: The bladder or pressure tank is probably water logged. Knocking on your tank (like you would knock on a door) it should sound hollow (full of air) on the top 2/3's & solid (full of water) on the bottom 1/3.

Just had my well pump replaced, along with about 1/2 the piping.
What an amazing group of professionals! Their knowledge is obviously vast and I was so impressed by the careful attention to every detail, no matter how small, and the demand for quality work by everyone on their team, right down to how wire was wrapped, and how screws were applied.

I woke up yesterday morning with no water! It was early so I went down to my well to check all of the usual suspects. I determined I had power to the well so I tried to clean the Pressure Switch contacts. There was no arching when I engaged the contacts with the power on so I thought the worst...pump motor. So I call Cary's number, it was early so I left a message explaining my situation without water. Brian returned my call within minutes. He told me he'd get out to my place shortly. The output from our well was declining and with the drought, our fear was that we would need to drill deeper to sustain our water supply. Cary Shroeder Contracting analyzed the water out put and determined fine sediment was actually the culprit and then cleaned the pump and well pipe resulting in the flow rate we had originally had when the well was drilled 17 years ago.
This last winter Cary Schroeder Contracting added a 5,000 gallon reservoir to our system well distribution system. The 5,000 gallon reservoir allows us to even out the supply and volume of irrigation water to our pasture and landscaping

I recently used Cary Schroeder Contracting for the second time in approximately a year and they performed promptly, professionally and thoroughly to repair my problem. Brian followed up with a phone call to inform me of his repair as soon as he finished his work, and the cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I recently moved to SoCal from Boston Area and had a well problem. I contacted Cary Schroeder Contacting (CRC) to check out the problem and was pleasantly surprised when they showed up the next day to evaluate the problem.
They tried a few things first but ended up replacing the controller and all was well, lol, again !
I am not adding a second Fire Tank to my Water System and contacted CSC to do the work.
I found CSC to responsive, does great work at a reasonable cost and easy to talk to !
