This hotel along with the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had THE BEST BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!! Everyone was very helpful from the phone call when booking with Ashley, to the Check-in with the Guy manager( I forgot his name) to the checkout. I definitely recommend staying here. Very clean which is a triple plus for me!

Very nice modern hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the fire place near the bed was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the breakfast cards to fill out for the morning, breakfast is delicious and you can tell everything is home made. Nice view of Lake Michigan as well. We didn’t use the bikes provided to us as the weather was a bit chilly at this time. The hotel isn’t right on the beach but just a short walk, also you can quickly walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants as they are right next to the hotel. The Amtrak train “station” is also in front

We had an amazing stay at the Harbor Grand Hotel. We really enjoyed roasting marshmallows, the yummy complimentary breakfast and also loved fireplace in our room. Having a Juliet balcony was also very nice. The… indoor pool area was very nice. We visited close to closing time and the attendant was very friendly and let us stay a few extra minutes while he cleaned up. The hotel itself is just beautiful.
The only draw backs I can think of were that they don't offer room service via their in-hotel restaurant. With covid still going on that was a bummer. I also thought the bed could have been

Want to go broke to stay in a small room with no extra amenities and still have a 10 minute walk the beach? This is the hotel for you. $700 a night for nothing special. It's like they thought putting a 100 dollar Bluetooth speaker in the room made its price go up 500 dollars. Try the Hampton Inn down the road, you get more for your buck.

We just returned from our 4th stay at the Harbor Grand. It was our first since the reopening and by far our favorite stay yet and that’s really saying something. They have completely “upped their game” in… every imaginable way which is especially difficult given the current state of affairs worldwide. Check-in was friendly and I formative and as smooth as can be. The rooms have been reappointed beautifully. S’mores were a kind gesture. Drinks at The Terrace Room bar were fantastic and the atmosphere simply shimmers with good taste and relaxation. The bed was comfortable

Ashley provided exceptional service.. She helped make our anniversary stay special by recommending places to go and things to do and always keeping a smile on her face. Staff was excellent and I'd like to thank Inga for her professionalism as well. Love the renovations and breakfast was great. We will definitely be back. 5 stars to Harbor Grand.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff is really welcoming and nice, I requested a baby crib and it was in my room when I got there. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good and delivered to my room. We only stay here for one night and paid $638. I think this place is way overpriced for what it is, rooms are luxurious but pretty small. I booked at this hotel because I thought it was right next to the beach but it is not. We walk about 6-8 min to get to the beach. Also they do not have an ice maker or bar snack like in most hotels. We recently stayed in a hotel which was 1/3 of the price of this hotel and

We had a wonderful experience. It's a beautiful hotel, guest services were great as well.. breakfast delivered to our room every morning! Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Ashley that works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile! We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing weekend away at The Harbor Grand! From the moment we arrived until our check out the service and atmosphere was very inviting; views were fantastic and location was PERFECT! A special shout… out to Ashley who made our 20 year anniversary trip ‘a little extra’ — fantastic service! Thank you - if I could give more stars, I would. If I could leave more stars I would my wife and I came here for a weekend getaway and it was amazing the room had a beautiful view of the boat pier and a fireplace in the room that was romantic and warm! The… breakfast package was so worth the little extra it was fresh and delicious! The staff was so kind and helpful they where attentive and eager to talk with you! The beds where comfortable! My wife loves the soaker tub in the room And to top it all off free bike rentals to cruise around town!
