Prices start at $0.65 per square foot and go down, depending on how many square feet of tile & grout you need cleaned (minimum job of $130 for up to 200 sqft). The technician will measure the areas to be cleaned and give you a price before starting any work.

We pre-spray with a specialized tile & grout cleaner that will release any dirt, grime, oil, fat and/or grease from the tile and grout to allow our turbo to rinse and vacuum everything off your floor to leave you with a clean feeling and fresh smelling floor.Then we will go back over the grout lines with an acid wash that will pick up any residual dirt and grime left from the initial clean and brighten the grout lines to an almost new look again.
