Smart Waste is committed to quality and efficiency. Our goal is to earn your business by providing quality medical waste services at a competitive price. Smart Waste is a wholly woman-owned, locally operated business based in Houston, Texas. This means we live and operate in the community we serve, and have a commitment to enhancing our environment.
No account set-up fees. No hidden costs. The flat rate is your total cost. No surprises will appear on your invoice. We don't like surprises on invoices, and neither do our customers. Any additional mandated taxes or fees that arise during the term of the agreement will be added to the invoice. Smart Waste will notify customers prior to adding these additional taxes or government mandated fees.
Boxes are approximately 3 cubic feet and can hold a maximum of 42 pounds, per OSHA regulations. Smart Waste does not require long-term contracts. Our customers stay with us because of the friendly, detail-oriented service they receive. Our agreements are simple and outline the waste acceptance policy - what we are legally allowed to transport as bio-hazard waste - and your pricing.
Smart Waste offers full access to all past transportation manifests, manifest templates for future pick-ups, and pick-up schedules through the customer online manifest portal.
