I've been a client/patient of Dr. Joy Anderson for, gosh, 11 years for everything from plantar fasciitis to a broken bone to an ingrown nail or two. My experiences with Dr. Anderson and all her staff have been positive: professional but friendly as well. Dr. Anderson is thorough and efficient but always listens and demonstrates her concern in word and action.

The have been coming to Dr. Anderson for approximately 2 years now and I continue to be very pleased with the services that her office provides.
Since we walk with the feet for a lifetime, it's important to have them checked on occasionally for any issues. Most of the time we don't seek out a foot specialist until we are in pain but that is unfortunately not the best approach.
If you have a foot doctor that you have seen at least once, when you have that foot emergency you are likely to get in pretty quickly. I would much rather come here for a splinter or glass removal than going to

What do you want in a Doctor?
What I want is someone who demonstrates clinical skills; listens to my concerns and discusses the range of possible solutions with me.
Dr. Anderson was the penultimate clinician with a clear scientific vocabulary to identify my layman concerns.
Dr. Anderson heard my explanations of the things that needed attention and she responded with perspectives on the possible solutions. The solutions varied and we talked about the consequences of each. I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
Dr. Anderson took her time answering my questions.

Extremely disappointed and actually disgusted. Dr. Anderson's office is very dusty and dirty. The doctor herself pulled the clippers out of a drawer, not out of an autoclave packet. Not only that, she used the same clippers she used on my toes on my husbands toes without even sterilizing them first. I was horrified. She should really be reported to the Medical Board because of disease transmission. Further, she even charged me more than my co-pay. Run in the other direction.
