Our fireplace insert and chimney caught on fire a few weeks ago leaving the existing insert unusable. We hired American Chimney to install a new insert and chimney liner. The crew (Randy, Jeff, Christian, and Shane) were extremely professional and friendly. We learned an expensive lesson with not getting the chimney cleaned routinely, but feel fortunate we had minor damage. We highly recommend American Chimney. We'll use them every year to clean the creosote build-up. I just wanted to say "Thank You" for the outstanding service and attention.

American Chimney & Masonry came to clean my fireplace today. It has not been cleaned since my husband passed away almost five years ago. I am so glad I scheduled this appointment because it really needed it. The crew called me before arrival, arrived on time and were so patient with all my questions. I will need them to come again for some additional repairs because my home is about 35 years old. Looking forward to a fire this week end when the cold weather arrives. Will be calling them again to complete the necessary work.

I couldn’t be more happy with my new fireplace that American Chimney and Masonry installed today! I gave them 5 starts but honestly they deserve 10 stars! They were the nicest people, very comical group of guys along with being professional and very knowledgeable with our old and new fireplace. They laid out tarps and a board so our flooring wouldn’t be damaged and cleaned up the mess when they were finished. This was a much better experience than I thought it was going to be. I would highly recommend using this company!

They did an amazing job! The guys were so kind and helpful. It's my first house and first install. They helped me feel comfortable and I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks for all the help from the office staff to the installers.

I live in Norman, and I have an older home. It has a gas fixture in the fireplace that I assumed originally burned wood. I've never used the gas fixture, but I know for sure it works, lights, and puts off heat, and has nice ceramic logs. I just wanted to make sure it was safe to use. I called American Chimney to come out and inspect and let me know if it was safe.
Unfortunately my only solution was to upgrade to a new one. I cannot comment on their services as i just couldn't pull the trigger on that expensive of an upgrade.

I would give this company a 5 star rating. They did an absolutely fabulous job replacing the brick on my chimney. Randy is an expert at chimney repair, and he is the person who actually came out to do the job, not just a hired crew. I recently bought an older home and my main concern was all brick that had deteriorated and fallen off the chimney. The outer layer was completely gone. It looked terrible and needed to be replaced. I was concerned how it would look since it would be hard to match the old brick. Randy was able to match the brick really well, even though the house is 40 years old. The
