McFarlane Promotions, Inc. is a high-design event planning, coordinating, and production company that creates unique festivals, corporate activations and immersive community experiences. With over 25 years of creating a wide variety of events and campaigns, we are capable of coordinating and seamlessly managing everything from national festivals to intimate team building retreats to virtual conferences.
The traditional Gaslamp Quarter Pet Parade was scheduled at the beginning of the second full round of California Stay At Home orders, requiring the event to modify to comply with current regulations and to ensure a safe event for all participants. In addition, the local district that was even more in need of a campaign that drove traffic to the open businesses and retailers.

Laurel McFarlane and her team have helped us at La Jolla Historical Society for several years putting on the La Jolla Concours d'Elegance. This large event encompasses 3 days of gala parties, tours and of course, the main car show at La Jolla Cove that involves several months of preparation.Their team have made this event the huge success that it is.
