JGM Properties, Inc. is a small, family owned, commercial management company. It was founded in 1980 and is currently located in Bloomington, MN at 1224 West 96th Street. Our management company strives to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has it's own partnership in which we are the managing partner.
This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one. Jay is the President of JGM Properties Jim is our Accountant, Karen is our Office Manager, Stephanie is our Payables & Maintenance Manager, Randy is our Construction Manager, Desiree is our Tenant Relations & Billing Manager, and Eli is in charge of Leasing and Marketing.

As a commercial real estate broker, I have worked with JGM Properties for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have never had a single complaint from any of my clients that have leased space from JGM Properties. Jay and Eli do a great job, are always very fair and reasonable to deal with. The JGM team always strives to make leasing space a pleasant experience for their tenants.
Almost all small businesses start out in leased (rented) premises, and most use leased space throughout the life of the business. By leasing rather than buying, you avoid tying up valuable working capital, and it's easier to move to new quarters if your space needs change. In a multi-tenant building, there are often common areas used by all tenants, such as the lobby area, conference rooms, restrooms, or mechanical rooms.

We have expanded our operations two times since we leased out first office space from JGM in 2011. Eli and Jay have been great to work with. I have no complaints. Their construction crews are easy to work with and all work was done per plan and on time.
The very few times we needed maintenance support, the response was excellent. I would highly recommend leasing from JGM.

I have been leasing from JGM for over four years now and I must say that I am 100% happy with the space and facilities which are top-notch.
I get a lot for my money. Full access to conference rooms when I need them, a workout area with the exercise equipment, very clean restrooms, well kept parking lots, and clean & quiet common areas.
The lease rates are very competitive in this market, helping me keep costs down. Leasing with JGM allows me to invest more into my business without compromising on space.
