An ongoing preventative maintenance service is highly recommended to help maintain your current investment. The majority of maintenance tasks can be automated and/or completed remotely. A quarterly or semi-annually visit would be recommended to physically maintain the equipment and ensure longevity.
With our Cloud-based remote Network Monitoring service, we can configure and remotely monitor all of your important network systems (e-mail, servers, routers, available disk space, backup applications, critical virus detection, and more). Shawn is the man. Tried to start my computer and and it would not go past a load screen. I was in panic cause as you might guess I did not back up the hard drive. 24 hrs later and a very reasonable price I had my machine back up and running and typing on it now. I can not thank Shawn and the Dulaney Group enough for their expert and speedy service.
