In 2013, our founder, Olivia Chapa-Baltimore, started NUE' with a staff of three estheticians and a dream to help people. She was a licensed esthetician who was certified in permanent cosmetics, and she specialized in a variety of eyebrow techniques. Prior to her unexpected passing, Olivia traveled the world, learning from some of the best wax experts and returning with new skills to teach the rest of our staff.

Definitely would AVOID this company. Their sister store within the same ownership group in Huntersville closed up shop without any regard for neither the staff nor the clients. They basically closed up shop and gutted the place in the middle of the night, telling the staff last second that they no longer would have a job, and didn't even bother to contact the clients that had appointments scheduled at that location either. When trying to get in touch with the manager of the aeast boulevard location, they don't even take the time or courtesy to contact an upset customer back. Poor business practices

It’s my forth time coming here and so far my experience was good ( Julian is great at what she does)… until today. Had an appointment at noon and its now 12:12 and nobody is here/ door closed/ have called 5 times now and no answer. So disrespectful of my time. Just a simple call saying that it was going to be closed would have done the deal… so disappointed.

I have used several times in the past. I was scheduled with Julian on 3/29/21. They called me to make sure I would be on time for my appointment and 18 mins. Later, I wasn’t seen yet. When I asked to speak to the manager; I was told Julian was the manager. Maybe it’s time for new management. I never experienced a lack of consideration for my time. The old management was always prompt with service.

I've been here 2 or 3 times, since my moving to Charlotte. I was skeptical at first when I was looking for a new waxing salon, being that the one I was used to is in Virginia. But since my first appointment, it's been nothing but excellent service!! The ladies there are so respectful, they make you feel comfortable. Once the pandemic is over, I WILL be making a appointment.

Jessica is the BEST! She’s always so personable and makes me feel very comfortable each visit. Not to mention, her work on Brazilian Waxes is impeccable and super long lasting. She recommends products that suit each clients needs respectively and I’ve noticed a huge difference with her.
