EleMETAL Fabrication and Machine was founded by Pete Dahlhauser as Pete's Custom Metal, Inc. in 1964. Pete was passionate about providing the highest quality sheet metal products at fair prices.
Our main services include heavy sheet metal fabrication, machining, and welding. We can create simple and complex projects, along with rebuilding and repairing equipment and components. From press brakes to milling machines, our equipment helps us create a broad range of products. Stainless Steel and Aluminum cut with a water mist shield to improve cut quality and reduce heat affected zone and discoloration.

This guys are awesome! We were looking for metal square tubes and drive all over the place: Home Depot in Omaha, Lowe’s and such, couldn’t find the right size and thickness.I am glad we find this guys, they have a verity of metals and cut it custom as you wish. 2 thick metal square tubes 5 ft each cost me 29$ which 2 times better price than any store and I was in and out within 5 min. Thanks guys! I will be back🙌
