Master Heat Distributors is a family owned and operated business with its humble beginings in the year 1932 as Kleenrite Corporation. It evolved from its early stages as simply a supplier of Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) to the Baltimore area homes, stores and restaurants. In 1957 the business added its first name change to Baltimore Laundry supplies serving the state of Maryland with both Bleach and various detergents.
In 1960 name change occurred to become Baltimore Pool Supply, due mostly to the popularity of Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach) for swimming pool use, however due to the seasonal aspect of the Pool Industry the family decided on adding another product line to agument the seasonal conditions of pool products and incorporated Master Heat Distributors in 1965.
