Walk-in urgent care for you and your family. Prestige treats the full spectrum of acute illnesses that are non-life threatening. Our staff of experienced health care professionals is waiting to meet your health care needs. We provide lab services, X-ray, physicals, DOT and sports physicals, and more.
Services
Our mission is to provide affordable high quality healthcare where patients enjoy unrushed visits in a comfortable, professional setting and avoid insurance hassles, copays and deductibles. Jonathan Osborne attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Please sign-in at the front desk upon arrival. The front desk staff will verify your personal information and give you any forms necessary for your visit. We know your time is valuable and we'll make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, emergencies, complications, and other issues may lead to unexpected delays.
Prestige HD membership removes insurance as the middleman between patient and physician by offering unlimited access to urgent and primary healthcare for a low monthly membership fee. Members receive care without insurance hassles, copays, coinsurance, or deductibles and enjoy the following major benefits.
Everyone is invited to become a Prestige member. It is quick and simple. You can download our forms for enrollment, or contact us for more information either by phone or email. If you prefer, feel free to schedule a tour of our clinic before you enroll. Members pay membership fees as a recurring monthly payment via drafts against a credit card, debit card, bank account, or suitable alternative.
To help lower-income individuals and families afford insurance, the government will pay a portion (subsidy) of the monthly insurance premium. The amount of the subsidy varies based on income and family size. Below are some examples. For individuals who qualify for a subsidy, the federal government created healthcare exchanges where individuals can shop for and purchase insurance.

After my exceptional experience yesterday....I had to leave a review!
This is HANDS DOWN...the best family care in REDDING. Dr. Curran and Dr. Caitlin are exceptional.
I've visited this clinic a number of times as a cash patient....but after having repeated quality experiences...we joined as members!
Thank you Prestige and team!

This urgent care engages in unethical and dishonest practices. I called over the phone to ask if a membership was required to have tests run and was told no, that I could pay cash for the visit and any tests needed. When I arrived, I was told nothing at the front desk about membership requirements. After seeing the doctor she gave treatment options but said they were only available with a membership. This urgent care was like being at a used car dealership. They waited to bring you back to the exam room and reel you in with the hope of treatment options to tell you that you need a "membership

I brought my son in yesterday for an ear ache. I am so thankful for this place, I tried to bring my son to a different urgent care since we have insurance and I didn't want to pay out of pocket but because he has a cough they would not see him without testing him for covid first. then I tried doing a Teledoc appointment but they will not prescribe amoxicillin over the phone. After going thru all that I gladly paid the $95 for him to be seen. We were literally in and out within 20 minutes on our way to pick up his prescription. By far the easiest urgent care visit I have had.

Been here a few times and probably spent about $400 between the visits. I have to say that unless you want to pay for their VIP service, you're better off going somewhere else. I went in with an MCL tear and a refill and the Nurse Practitioner told me they had to do a blood test before doing a refill on medication for my hair. Little did she know that I am a medical professional and knew immediately that she either didn't know what she was talking about or just didn't want to see me. Either way, I won't be going back. The only way you can get the care you need and deserve is if you sign up for

My son was dehydrated, could barely walk, in pain and suicidal. Although it was recommended that he go the emergency room, he did not want to go because of a prior bad experience. Trish Patterson, NP, showed great concern and did everything she could to stabilize him. I am very grateful for her care.

They advertise they can be your primary care doctor, they won't, they advertise urgent care can refill your medications, they don't. The Dr didn't even bother coming in the room to meet with us, she sent the assistant to go between us. Definitely dissatisfied with what we experienced.

Went in for help with anxiety. I wasn't expecting to be offered a silver bullet, but I was looking for something to help with the daily attacks I've been having that suddenly turned into full on breakdowns preventing me from going to work. Talked with the NP for a few minutes, and she got a post-it and scribbled the address to a different facility that had counselors on site. Told me I would be better off going there for an evaluation so they could determine if medication was the best way forward.
Unfortunately, what she didn't mention was the other facility didn't have a doctor on staff that

The front staff are kind and helpful. The staff in the back, good luck. The girl that came in my room, no idea her name, as there was no introduction, gave me about a minute or two of her time broken up into three or four times of coming in and then quickly leaving. I went in for something specific and was laughed at, treated with mockery and a dominating attitude. Don't go to this place if you want anyone who cares at all about who is right in front of them.

I would love to give this clinic a 5-star rating I cannot. The young ladies at the reception area were wonderful. My mother did not have to wait long. Even though they only allow the patient to go in, the provider made it simple for my mother to understand her at-home instructions. The only reason I will be giving this clinic a 1-start, I was coming out of the bathroom. I witnessed an older lady (who looked like an employee) yelling at one of the receptionists. She made the poor girl cry. The receptionist continued to work and be professional. A male was standing by them. Not sure if he was an

The office staff here was fantastic and very caring women. I was at a loss at what to do when my prescription ran out for my diabetic medication. I went to my normal pharmacy and they were completely out of it. The only way I could have received it that night is to pay cash for it which would have been $900. I called prestige and they told me to come in and pick up some samples. I only got one of the names of the women that were up there. Her name is Riz. Thank you Riz and the two other women up there you will never know what you did for me tonight and the peace of mind you gave me of having my

Did not know this is a membership type of facility as they do not take insurance and we are from out of town. They are upfront about the initial cost and any additional However, we were greeted by lovely front desk staff and the medical assistants were very caring and gentle. Ty Gulstrom PA-C took care of my husband and helped him as best as he could given the resources they have on-site. Everyone was very caring, compassionate and attentive to us. Very pleased with the care we received!

Staff is not really knowledgeable. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't waste my time or money again in a place that shows so little empathy. Asked if what I had was contagious, the medical assistant said who knows, like who says that. Then proceeded we can't rule it out. Asked when it should start to get better, she had no idea. Asked to speak with the doctor she said he's busy.

ATTENTION! They do not accept insurance. You have to be a member. I went ahead and paid $95 to see a doctor. She was very helpful but could only prescribe medication. She could not order any tests unless you are a "Member". I am back to square one.

I've had to use this facility twice now because of their late hours-being available when other Drs & walk-ins are closed. Upfront they tell you they are not a follow-up or long term treatment facility. They are a walk in, emergency only medical facility and if your needing testing or any follow up treatment-it's not the place for you! (They DO offer a membership type plan for those that need regular, ongoing medical care, but are unable to have medical insurance coverage.) All this said-I wish I could go here for everything! Professional treatment, fast, and couldn't be easier

I have health insurance and a family doctor so my reason for visiting this place was simply because I was desperate! It started with what felt like a sinus infection then developed into terrible pain in my inner ear. I went to my family doctor who took all of 3 seconds to look into my ear and said, "nope! No ear infection!"
By 2 am the next morning, my ear hurt so badly, I thought my head would explode! What DID explode was my ear drum... due to infection!
I called my family doctor as soon as their office opened and explained what had just happened and the MA said she would relay

I've been here a couple of times and have nothing but good to say about their care. I was recently treated for a mild case of Pneumonia that I contracted from a trip overseas. I was given steroids and antibiotics to help for my affliction. Now a week later all is well and want to place a review for them.
A great facility when you need help in an emergency without the emergency room cost. 90.00, 26 dollars in meds and good as new.
Thank you Prestige and your staff. 5stars
