There are several treatment options that are available based on your needs, your age and your expectations. The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that every child who is seven or eight years old should visit an orthodontist for a consultation. There are a lot of orthodontic problems that can be solved much easier when the treatment begins at this early age.

Our Niles office is conveniently located on the fifth floor of the Golf Mill Shopping Center Professional Building. Please use Entrance #8. There is plenty of free parking available. To schedule an appointment please call our office. We understand that you have a busy schedule and we will do everything we can to make sure that your appointment times are convenient for you.
Our team is always looking forward to meeting new patients during their initial visit. There is no charge for the initial exam and consultation. This appointment usually takes about 30 minutes and helps to evaluate your orthodontic and dental needs. It consists of a careful and systematic examination, evaluation of the patient's needs, and a review of treatment options and methods.

We have been the certified providers of the most advanced clear aligner system, Invisalign, for over 20 years. I had my braces done with Dr Boyarskiy from around 2005-2008. All of my office visits were very pleasant, even when his office would get busy.
Dr Boyarskiy is very attentive and soft spoken. He made sure to take off my braces only when it was completely and perfectly finished (which extended past the original date)
As a result, over a decade later, every time I visit a dentist or a hygienist, they are in awe of how excellent my teeth look. Big thank you to Dr. Simon Boyarskiy

I underwent orthodontic treatment with Dr.Boyarskiy a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. He is very precise in his work and will make sure you love your smile when you are done with your treatment. The office is good with sanitation and the staff is very friendly and also bilingual. I came here to get my braces. Unfortunately, my teeth were very messed up so I had braces for almost 4 years!!! However, I am so happy I came to Dr. Boyarskiy because he did an excellent job and I am confident whenever I smile! The friendly staff always took care of me and made me feel appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an orthodontist!

They never answer the phone even when you do leave messages. The dental assistant ladies all speak in their native tongue weather the patient is in the room or around. Excuse me but I want to know weather or not you're talking about me! The receptionist is never at her desk whenever I have been there to check in for my appointment. I have yet to see any of them smile. The only person who makes it worthy of returning is the doctor himself!

I guess the doctor is ok, but the way they are handling accounts is not acceptable. For 2 years I was there I never got a printout of my account activity/balance. Always had to call some woman that is working from home. After making a few phone calls got email with copy of hand writing records! Please. In our time when everything is done electronically?! It doesn't matter if she works from home or not their system has to be always updated and patients should get the balance statement print out. The treatment is not cheap and they could afford some web app. So, if you need to claim your medical
