I am a psychotherapist and yoga instructor who combines evidence-based practices with ancient techniques and modern tools. I believe that health, specifically wellness, is more than the absence of disease. It is a dynamic process of awareness, change and growth.

I specializes in a holistic approach to helping clients live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives by integrating my clinical training with yoga, meditation, reiki, and other healing modalities.Likewise, I help clients identify and work through their self-limiting beliefs - mental, physical, and energetic blockages - to better cope with whatever life throws their way.

Individual therapy is for anyone looking to understand who they are and why they do what they do. One may benefit from individual therapy to manage anxiety or depression, while grieving a loss, or during a life transition (ex: parenthood, getting married, moving in together, "quarter-life-crisis", coming out, a job change).
