Sledge total Protection was awful with the exception of being within their time frame, the service was horrible. Came in to fix air conditioning unit and then I ended up with a leak to my hot water heater. The supervisors are horrible and do not know how to talk to customers. I should say this I am very intelligent since the supervisor actually said I wasn’t. I can tell you this I know when a unit is not working properly. The worst company ever..
