We are the First tattoo parlor to open and be licensed in the city of Daytona Beach, Florida. The name comes from a very old saying "to the nines", which means to perfection or to the highest degree.
Our name speaks for itself, we do everything to the best of our ability and accommodate accordingly. The artwork we do is 100% custom. We draw per client and per tattoo. This means before you can get tattooed we require a consultation. To book an appointment, a $100 cash deposit is to be collected.

I was very impressed with Jeff and the parlor. He is a skillful, methodical and a fantastic artist. From beginning to end, the process was performed in a very professional manner at a reasonable price. My objective was to cover a burn scar and that was totally accomplished to my complete satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the final product. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff(The Owner) is the best artist I've ever been to. He has custom designed 4 of my tattoos and I couldn't be happier with the results! I am constantly getting compliments on my ink and I always recommend him. He is very patient and talented. His shop is also very clean. I am so glad that I found him! Thank you Jeff for everything!
