Services
We understand that home is where you want to be. Our homecare providers intend to help you stay there as long as possible. With help from our home caregivers, our clients are able to continue living at home for as long as possible. We can also provide supportive care services to seniors in assisted living facilities or senior apartments who need additional support.
The best way to provide the highest quality level of care requires an initial meeting where family and/or client meet with our care coordinator. To help you get started with personal care services, we will provide a free care assessment in the comfort of your loved one's home. This meeting includes a review of care needed, schedule request (if known), specific requests of family or client, and any other questions or concerns families may have.
Victory Home Care Services has provided excellent, compassionate care to my parents in Eureka. When the road is bumpy, they always try to quickly resolve any issues. From staffing to administrative staff, they always communicate in a timely manner. My parents' favorite caregiver adjusts well to her environment that she has been placed in and is very loving to my parents, like they were her own.
