We have been wanting a new gate for years and finally decided to do it. We got several estimates for it and am so glad we called Carlo. We didn't decided because of the great price ( although it was a good price) we decided because Carlo is a really good guy and it is a family business. They showed up on time and did a great job, our new gate is beautiful. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Son and I were playing baseball in the backyard and broke two of the vinyl panels on the privacy wall. Couldn't find anyone in Santa Clarita to repair. Other companies said if they didn't install they wouldn't touch it. Called Vinyl Professionals and they said no problem. They sent a guy out within the hour and in under an hour replaced the broken panels. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!

Carlo came out on a Monday and gave me a quote. Told me they could install within the next 2 weeks. 2 days later he called and said he could install the next day (Thursday). His Crew was great, they showed up early, unloaded and flew through the installation. Fence looks amazing!, Carlo and the crew were a pleasure to work with. I recommend getting multiple quotes, I had 3 quotes, 2 came in very similar and one was double what Carlo quoted me.

Obtained an estimate the next day after calling and with no pressure sales tactics. They did a complete patio overhang, removed and disposed of the old wooden one. They finished everything in three days total and the overhang looks fantastic! They were professional and had great ideas for the over hang. Also, way lower in cost versus two other suppliers (one had a 12 week lead time) and they started within a week after I signed the contract. Amazing experience with Vinyl Professionals! We had a big job which included two sets of double gates, an 18 inch block wall topper, privacy and picket fencing, basically 3/4 of the perimeter of our property. We choose this company because we had a really positive experience with them during the quoting process and their prices were reasonable. The installation was just 2 1/2 weeks after we signed the contract and they did the work in 2 days. The workers were very polite and professional and worked hard. I contacted Vinyl Professionals right after the Tick Fire destroyed half of our fence. I was referred to them by a local Facebook group (they had the most recommendations). They were able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. Vilen was the salesman who showed up to take measurements, discuss my options, and provided a written quote right then and there. Our homeowners association requires a fence around our air conditioning units. A BIG "SHOUT OUT" and "THANK YOU" to Vilen and Victor at "Vinyl Professionals! My wife and I were so impressed with the beautiful gate Vinyl Professionals installed for us in 2018 that we decided to give our oldest daughter a new vinyl gate as a house warming gift. Our philosophy has always been to "Stick with a Winner"--so why would we go with anyone else? The two tone vinyl gate is a "HUGH UPGRADE" to the black wrought iron gate she had, which provided no privacy. We highly recommend Vinyl Professionals!

If I could give Vinyl Professionals a 10 star rating I would do it in a heart beat! I had a patio cover installed about 10 years ago from Valencia Vinyl Fence Inc and my family and I loved it! Last week I noticed that some of the plastic brackets attached to the wall of my house had broken and the entire structure may have fallen on my family and I. I called Vinyl Professionals and Mady the General Manager/Owner had told me that they used to have an employee there that did cut some corners and that he no longer works there. His name is Shan and he left the company and started up another vinyl company

Great fence. Very poor customer service. Installation guys cracked the cement in my backyard and. Role my retaining wall. Shan even came out and told me on several occasions his foreman would come to repair the issues. This never happened. I was lied to by email and face to face. If you use this company I hope you have a better experience
