What a joke I was told last week I had an appointment at one today. I get here at 1230 and they tell me they are running 30 minutes behind so I wait in the car with my sleeping kids until 115. Wake my kids up go inside to be told they are now 2 hours behind and I cant come back later. To go do whatever else I neede . I said I had an appointment for a week. The guys literally smarts off actually a week would be thursday you can come back later. I said no I'm not I'll go somewhere else I had an appointment I'm not running around for 2 hours when you were just 30 minutes behind he literally just laughs

These people are crooks. I took my car there after a wreck and they installed the wrong kind of headlight. They replaced it after about 3 days. They left my car lights on high Beams thinking I wouldn't realize it.
My car would then veer to the right so I took it back. After 3 more days still the same. They never gave me my old wheel which they claim was replaced with a new one. It still had the scratches on it so I took it back after they were caught in a lie so they polished my old wheel and claimed it was the new one. Never gave me my old wheel they claim to have lost it.

2 years ago Keatings repaired my truck that was rear ended by not 1, but 2 vehicles. Well yesterday a lady ran a stop sign and slammed into me again. I called Keatings this time before contacting the insurance. Janice was very helpful and I will drop my truck off to them on Friday to get repaired. This is the only Body Shop that I can recommend to anyone. Hands down....If your vehicle gets a beating, take it to Keatings!"

I absolutely love the work they have done on 2 of my vehicles. Back in 2012 A tree fell on my car and in just a few days they had it returned! Last week my car ended up in a ditch and the guys at Keating really took care of it. Fixed it in a few days, even washed and clean the inside before I picked it up!! True professionals and do a great work. Highly recommend them!!!
