Mr. Blair is the founder of Blair Wellness Center, LLC (BWC). He is a seasoned entrepreneur with a combined 20 years of experience in the medical device and retail pharmacy industries. Mr. Blair earned his B.S. in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and began his career as analytical chemist.
This space, formerly an auto shop, was repurposed as a wellness center fitted with our custom cabinetry. We faced the cabinets with salvaged metal panels and antique bolts. Reclaimed wood doors fitted with hinges that swing both ways were designed for aesthetics and functionality. We added a salvaged metal partition wall and desk for a private client consultation area.

Cannabis can be prepared in numerous forms, including smokable flower, concentrates, infused in food items as edibles, or mixed into topical products. Cannabis use has been a medical and social staple in world civilizations for millennia and gained notoriety during the 19th century.
The human body possesses a network of receptors called the endocannabinoid system. Endocannabinoids and their receptors CB1 and CB2, are found throughout the body: in the brain, organs, connective tissues, glands, and immune cells. In each tissue, the cannabinoid system performs different tasks, but the goal is always the same: homeostasis, the maintenance of a stable internal environment despite fluctuations in the external environment.
The cannabis plant contains over 100 active compounds called cannabinoids, which are found within the flower (buds), leaf, and stem. These plant compounds are known as phytocannabinoids and they work to mimic or counteract the endocannabinoids found naturally within the human body.
When a specific cannabinoid or combinations of cannabinoids binds to a specialized receptor, an event or a series of events is triggered within the cell, resulting in a change in the cell's activity, its gene regulation and or the signals that it sends to neighboring cells.This process is called "signal transduction".

I called ahead and let them know I was on the way and drove 30 min to shop. I was told if you get here by 9 you can come in. I got there at 8:59 pm and walked to the door. A man walked in infront of me and didn’t hold the door. I tried to pull on the door open it was locked. The lady behind the counter told the man not to open the door and shrugged her shoulders at me as I pointed at the clock showing it was exactly 9. If this is how they treat their patients and don’t let one patient in but another I don’t think I will ever support a shiesty business like that after I go there 3x a week

When I first found out about this dispensary I would drive 45 mins to a hour. The owner has a cute dog who would be there most of the time. The deals was awesome and staff was welcoming. I understand COVID-19 hit and lives changed suddenly. Welp the staff members was not the welcoming this time. My lil trips just decreased.

Fast , friendly and fun! I’m always greeted with a warm welcome! The bud tenders are crazy cool! They are professional and highly knowledgeable about everything that they have to offer at Blair! My preference is gummy’s and they have a nice selection , also very yummy flavors! I’ve been going here for almost two years now and have never been disappointed!!!💯 ✌🏾 Oh I forgot to mention they have CRAAAZY DEALS ALL THE TIME ON EVERYTHING!!!🤪🤗

Lots of simple problems that never get fixed. Sometimes when a customer asks a question they want the budtenders opinion, most of the time tho if you do not know the answer it's not cool to just make some answer up, especially when it comes to medicinal/recreation substances. The long hair budtender with lots of pins seemed to forget they were working, and walked off the floor for an unrealistic amount of time. I watched them while actively helping a guest, then walk to the front and chit chat with staff. Then quickly long hair went to the back, no worries, maybe they were doing something.... The

Blair WC is a jewel in Baltimore City! I've done my share of dispensary hopping, (& had my phone explode with notifications of deals for 3 yrs.) BWC blows other places away; I've unsubscribed from all others and only occasionally go to another dispensary.
Parking is easy- if the lot looks packed, street parking is right there & often less of a headache. Line goes fast (it's for COVID-restrictions.) I always pre-order now and sometimes change on-site; I never thought I'd do that, but Blair hasn't let me down in about 2yrs of pre-order.

Love this place best deals in Baltimore. They have a different deal every day of the week and they do brand pop up events in store for extra deals. Sign up with there text and email list to get the daily deals. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There products are always fresh. They have a CBD store located right next to them. You can find many hemp and CBD products and all your smoker needs. They also have drinks .They are a little hard to find because you cannot see the sign well to turn into there parking lot but its right across the street from the dollar store. I highly recommend

I recently moved within 5 miles of BWC and I'm so glad I found them. BWC's service, selection, and pricing is exceptional. Their weekly sales and Sunday's patient choice of weekly deals is saving me lots of money as well as helping me find the medicine that works best for me.

I was sold expired product today at Blair Wellness. I even asked BEFORE purchasing if the FECO capsules expired soon. I was told not until next year. Well they actually expired 2 days ago. The manager, Devin, was rude and not apologetic when I went back. I ended up returning my entire order, almost $200 worth, due to his terrible attitude and lack of customer service. It is ILLEGAL to sell expired cannabis products in MD. I won't be shopping here ever again. After they shorted me on eighths last summer I should have stayed away. Typically I have an outstanding experience at Blair. Employees are usually personable and helpful. Today that was not my experience. I asked a simple question about the discounts and how they determine what gets what.
I'm a caregiver for a veteran so I was trying to understand why they can not offer a discount that they typically offer on certain items. Considering that it's medicine it's not fair for them to decide to offer discounts based on strain.

I just have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff is knowledgeable, and they have such a great variety of sale stuff. When other dispensaries have a "flower of the day" special that isn't even that great a deal, Blair offers eighths for as little as $25, sometimes even less for shake. And shake ounces for $110--can't beat that. And while everyone on their staff is helpful, I always look forward to seeing Amy. She really knows the stock and makes great recommendations.

Drove an hour after confirming they had what I needed. I called and they said yes the menu is correct and we have what you want. Well after my hour ride, I walk in and ask and they said it's sold out? They open at 10 this was 10:10 am and they said it's all gone, we're sorry and were working on it menu update? While a little late 2 hours for nothing. Should have known better then to go elsewhere other than Culta Dispensary where they never let you down.

Easy in and out at this dispensary. They have a cbd store attached where you can buy your accessories and cbd flower without a card. Sundays are awesome because they let you use any deal from the week. Trim ounces start at $100ish. My only complaint is that they don't police their parking lot and it's near impossible to park in the handicapped spots. Every time I go there is someone half parked across them and I have a hard time getting in. If they fix that then 5 stars!

If you are looking for variety you can physically smell one jar at a time, then come to freaking Blair. They have some really good deals going on every single day of the week. I tried some of the highest level THC bud from here. I love how they have a day, Sunday I think, where you can run back a deal you may have missed out on during the week. I've also done the yoga here really cool space.

This has been the best dispensary I've had the opportunity to visit in North Baltimore County. Their variety and display are what you'll typically see further West. It's culturally less formal which I personally like in contrast to the Maryland norm.
