Box Eye Care

I like Dr Box, but not Walmart Vision Center. 2 patients lost due to not being allowed to make an appointment without insurance policy number. I had my information but was at work and did not have my son's information with me so I canceled my appointment. I was told if I was paying cash I could make the appointment. So long Dr Box.

It’s always a joy to see Dr. Box! He knows his stuff, explains himself well, and is alway super upbeat and friendly.

Dr Box is the best optometrist I’ve had in 50 years. So personable and very patient and thorough. I trust him with my eyes and my vision. You can’t believe in someone any more than that.

Fast service, professional and personable staff, and Dr. Box is always friendly and glad to see you! I make a regular trip once a year and, even without insurance, the cost of an examination is very reasonable.

Dr. Box is ALWAYS very prompt and directly to the point. Never had any issues with his office. They make it simple to schedule and be seen quickly. GREAT eye doctor!

Dr. Box at Walmart Vision Center is great. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff explains what each instrument is used for and is very friendly and cordial. Dr. Box takes his time and listens to what you are telling him. If you have a question, he doesn't avoid answering it.
My wife and I have been using Dr Box for many years and we have no inclination to change doctors.

Dr. Box was amazing. I have suffered from ocular migraines for years but other eye doctors didn’t take my concerns seriously because my eyesight isn’t AWFUL. Dr. Box was personable and compassionate and I left my appointment feeling hopeful that after suffering with horrible migraines for so long that we may have a solution! If you are in need of an eye exam or doctor, I highly recommend his office! As the cherry on top, a lovely lady named Tracy in the Walmart Vision center was kind and patient with me as I chose my frames and lenses. All around a fantastic experience.

Awesome staff, and they were cleaning & sanitizing after each customer. They made sure they were protected as well as the customer. I've been coming to Dr. Box since 2014 and they have always gone beyond in customer service. Thanks.

The experience at Dr. Box's office was extremely pleasant. From the moment I walked in for my appointment the staff was very kind and helpful. The entire visit was less than 20 mins!! Dr. Box was very easy to talk to and really informative. It was also a HUGE plus for me that they had the contacts I wanted in stock and ready to buy!!! I cannot recommend Dr. Box and his staff enough!! Simply amazing!
