Our mission is to provide a place where children of all ages can learn the proper technique of dance. We strive to ensure the students are effectively trained to promote confidence, teamwork, hard work, self-worth, endurance, discipline, and dedication. Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of dance and offer classes to those who want to participate as an extracurricular activity as well as to those who wish to compete on a serious level.

Services
Candace Dance Company is owned and operated by Candace Roussel. She has led Candace Dance Company competition teams to win national titles all over the country. She studied under Cydni Hutson for over 24 years and was a member of her instructional staff for over 10 years. Candace was a Soloist and Artist in Residence of Twin City Ballet Company.
My daughter Reese has been dancing since she was 3 years old. I've personally danced my whole life up until the past few years and owned my own dance studio for 10 years. I must say that Candace Dance Company has gone above and beyond my expectations for my daughter. She has excelled in her stage presence, technique, and the ability to dance in several genres.

Candace Dance is wonderful for dancers to learn so many important things - not just dance steps! My granddaughter loves going to class and it's so awesome to see her face light up on "dance day' as she learns self discipline, paying attention in a group setting, and working well with others. I like that the younger girls are learning the basics of real dance and being taught dance routines appropriate for their age. I hope my granddaughter loves dance for life like I have and I think Candance Dance is the perfect place to help her do just that.

Candace has a wonderful studio and not only teaches her students proper dance technique but she's a wonderful and caring mentor to them. Whether you are interested in recreational or competitive dance they have it. We tried several dance studios in town and have found a home here. My daughter wants to dance professionally so it's important that she has the right foundation which Candace offers.
