Located in Neenah, Wisconsin and started in 1995 in a 3,000 square foot facility, Innovative Machining, LLC has grown to over 125,000 square feet today. We are a contract machining and fabricating shop positioned to meet our customers' evolving production needs and quality standards.
Innovative Machining strives to be your one stop shop for all your manufacturing needs. This is designed so our team can meet all your project needs. Our experienced machinists and welders can deliver project requirements all under one roof. We have the latest in CNC machining technology to increase production throughput.
Horizontal machining centers offer shorter processing time with multiple pallets. Our three-sided machining has the potential for three sides with parts on fixture. Horizontal machining centers are best for more complex parts and can keep chips more contained. Horizontal boring bars work well for large parts and weldments because of their open design.
Vertical machining centers more easily accommodate longer parts, have open visibility for optimum productivity and are best for quick milling jobs. Innovative has the ability to utilize our vertical CNC machining centers for numerous prototype or production jobs. We have the skilled machinist that are required to bring your next project from concept to a completed manufactured part.
CNC lathes are highly versatile in comparison to non-CNC lathes. They're extremely accurate machines that are able to turn up to 22.8 in diameter. Innovative has invested in recent years with new machines to increase our throughput and accuracy on jobs. We offer Doosan and Mazak CNC lathe options in our facility.
