He did the job of removing a top kitchen cabinet so refrigerator can fit in. The follow up job was to adjust the cabinet to fit in and install microwave and dishwasher plus other minor jobs. I sent him a detail of those jobs to get a quote and he never replied. Then, finally I schedule a time and day for him to come back to do the jobs we agreed (install microwave and dishwasher)but when I called him he had already scheduled another job for himself and didn't have the courtesy of letting me know. So I lost two weeks because I was thinking he already commit.

Contacted Elvin for some general handyman services & advice. First-rate job communicating, extremely responsive and excellent advice for maintaining and moving forward with my project. Communication and trust-worthiness are my top priorities. If you are not really handy (like myself), it can be challenging to navigate and find a technician that you trust and plan to continue to use over and over.
