Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and asked for a quote for my car stating it already had factory dyed glass on it. They guy on the phone then proceeded to argue with me saying my make and model didn't come with factory tint even though I ordered it thay way! What a joke. Avoid at all cost!

I set an appointment several days out, got work off, arrived on time during otherwise normal weekday business hours, only to find the shop closed with a note on the door that they're out. I called the number, no answer; I texted them and they responded via text that they apparently mis-scheduled the appointment for yesterday. Yet, no one even called me or reached out in any way to see why I wasn't there. Huge waste of my time (therefore money) and would strongly discourage others from wasting their time. Very frustrating.

I just gave them a call to get info about getting my car tinted, the guy who answered the phone was not only Rude but gave the lowest customer service ever
So bad attitude like he was making me a favor! when in fact with all this situation is when we most have to take care of customers.. I mentioned a groupon coupon he didn't even know what that promotion was, he even ask me the price of those!! Lol!! And when I ask about just getting only the front windows tinted, he gave me a nonsense response as they do only complete cars not just the front windows I even explained I didn't want to lose the

This place is not upfront with its prices nor do they show much customer appreciation. They gave me a quote of $35/ea to tint my taillights. When I got to the shop and received the written quote, it was $120 not $70! The owner then tells me its $30 per "light" and since my tail light is split by the trunk line, that is 2 lights per side... When I told him I asked how much to do my tail lights, not each section of the tail light, the guy became argumentative and held his nose up like I was some idiot who should know better. Based on the other reviews I can see now what they mean and I'm glad I walked
