NV Realty Group was established in 2003 under the leadership of Michael Nicklaus, his four siblings, and his brother-in-law, Todd Vance. Critical: Professionalism
Littered my neighborhood with their flyers. Not interested in selling my house, please don’t litter my property with your garbage. Please find a better way to market your materials. Rather than sticking your flyer on the outside of our mailbox, pay the postage fee and mail it. Still wouldn’t be interested if you did.

Gene was an absolute pleasure to work with and always had our best interest at heart. We received 3 offers on the first day our home was listed and could not be happier with the entire process. I just want to say how impressed we were with our real estate professional from NV Realty Group. We have bought and sold many homes through the years and this experience was by far the most satisfying from a professionalism standpoint. We love our new home in Admirals Covel!!!
