I needed some postcards to promote an event. Initially I went with a national company that kept making mistakes with my order. I found Electro Image online and sent in my artwork through their website. Rick, the owner, contacted me and alerted me to some problems with my image file and told me how to fix the issue. In addition to the excellent and responsive customer service the cost was considerably lower. I received my cards less than a week after I ordered them. I would recommend Electro Image to anyone looking for high quality printing.

More than anything I was impressed with the above average, red carpet customer service. Rick gave me suggestions on options for my cards, and even called when one of my selections did not line up with what we discussed. I made and error, and he caught it and made sure it was selected. The turnaround was quick, and the prices are amazing. I saved $50.00 printing with Electro Image compared to my normal printing service. Needless to say I will be back again and again!

This is the first time I have done business with Electro Image and it was a great experience! I contacted Rick looking to get a banner designed for my business and I needed it for a show was doing that weekend. He was able to design it and get it to my door by Friday, as promised.
