This place is horrible. Not a place to stay volunteerlly.
One side faces rt 1 with motorcycle , large truck and car traffic noise all day and night.
5he other side backs up to railroad tracks. Train noise and horn all hours.
Residents are nasty and unfriendly to RV'ers.
The staff here caters to their long term residence and are not helpful at all.
I HONESTLY SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER PARK, there are many in the area cheaper

Checked into the park for a 2week stay and fell in love with it. The park is very well maintained and Heather and Rick are the greatest managers. Always plenty of activities and things to do. The other residence are friendly and eager to help. Heather and Rick work very hard to keep the rates low and still offer what the more expensive parks have. I stay year round now
