If I could give this company (if that’s what you want to call them ) zero stars I would, they told me that they would give me a certain amount over the phone and when I got there they changed the the price so when I decided to separate the metals they told that should have already done it which I didn’t know so the guy tells me to load my things back on the truck and leave and at this time I’m very confused so I asked why he couldn’t tell me and he walks away and all of his coworkers couldn’t tell me either so I did as he said. I know this guy wasn’t the owner but he is definitely not

I called to see what the rate for aluminum cans were and asked them about how they handle the virus issue. They said the guys outside wear mask. I asked about the people in the office since you have to go in there and explained my mom was elderly and he rudely say don't bring them in here. It seemed to bother them i asked about it. What a way to run a business.

Took a load of steel here and was blown away by how little they offered per pound. Called around and they are paying 1/2 the amount other scrap yards are offering. Kindly mentioned my findings to the gentleman answering the phone, and he shortly responded for me to go elsewhere. Earn yourself some extra money and take your scrap to CMC, plus they are much more polite.

It's a metal recycling center. If you've been to one, you know the drill. If you haven't, let me help you out...
When you pull up, it can be a little intimidating. There are mountains of metal and big machines moving them around. Here's a drive-on scale to your right, in the front of the office and right at the entrance. You only pull onto it if you have large items, i.e. a lot of metal that weighs a lot. Otherwise they have a smaller scale that handles smaller loads. The whole place is very industrial and dirty - just like other recycling centers. No big deal, really

The gentleman who handles customers at the front was direct, quick, and helpful. He actually carried half of my scrap from the car (which has to be parked about 40-50 yards away from the scale because of the onsight traffic) to the scale itself, which is conveniently located right in front of the office windows; and this on a very nipply January day. The place was quite busy with their daily business on both occasions that I visited the yard at their Lewisville location, though the other costumers who were selling their scrap were in and out in no time. The staff in the back were also friendly

Every month I bring in a few pounds of different types of number 1 number 2 copper and shield copper but as soon as we get to the shield copper every month at a different price regardless of how much copper prices are at the time. I've also taken in solid aluminum plates and was told they were not solid aluminum. I also was told 2 or 3 times that the number 1 copper I had was not considered number 1 copper after I brought the same exact type of wire in month after month. I was able to get it taken care of. But the customer service is not very friendly especially not the cashier
